Element: Ballet Conditioning
I grew up as a dancer with the Virginia Ballet Company, and the technique I learned at the studio has shaped my life as well as my fitness philosophy. All the work I do as a trainer is designed to create lean, streamlined bodies, improve balance & posture, and create confidence and a joy of movement. This DVD will help you find the form and technique that will not only strengthen & tone, but will give you a basis of proper form & safe alignment for ANY kind of fitness work you enjoy!
SHAPE DVD
For my latest DVD, I paired up with the producers from GAIAM and the publishers of SHAPE magazine, and created this spectacular workout that incorporates some of my favorite moves from my nationally acclaimed Burn Bliss class! Tailor your workout to your specific needs by choosing from a series of 10-20 minute workouts that tone arms, shape legs, lift butts, and define the core. You can also chose interval training and cardio work….. so go ahead! Mix and match your way to YOUR perfect body!
YOGA FITNESS PLUS
This rigorous yoga program that I designed and choreographed for ExerciseTV has met with RAVE reviews and was one of the top downloads on the network! Now you can do yoga with me everyday! In this 50 minute asana practice, I teach a true open level series which is challenging for the most athletic practitioner, while remaining accessible for newcomers. You’ll have lots of options so you’ll always have a level that is challenging, so you can grow into an advanced practice. Check it out!
